The Clarity Workshop

1. Fees

All fees must be paid online upon enrolment via the payment facility on this website.

For corporate and business groups, invoice requests for payments by Bank Transfer are to be made in writing to nicoledalyclinicalpsychology.com.au or email ndclinpsych@gmx.com. Full payment must be made no later than 14 days prior to the event.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Attendees are entitled to receive a refund for a cancellation under the following conditions: Cancellation by Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology who reserves the right to cancel, postpone, re-schedule events or change venues at its discretion. Generally cancellation would occur due to low enrolments or unforeseen circumstances. In these circumstances, a full refund will be available should alternative dates offered for the event are not acceptable. Respective refunds will be processed within 14 days by direct transfer.

• Cancellation by participant. All requests for refunds for cancellation must be made in writing. A refund is entitled under the following terms.
• Cancellations given 14 days or more prior to the event. A full refund for fees already paid upfront will be provided (within 14 days via bank transfer) or a credit towards an upcoming event within 3 months.
• Cancellations given 7-14 days prior to the event, 50% refund of fees already paid upfront will be provided (within 14 days via bank transfer) or credit of fees already paid towards an upcoming event within 3 months.
• Cancellations given less than 7 days prior to the event. No refund is available OR full payment is still required for unpaid enrolments.
• Request for transfer of attendee to be through written notice to Nicole Daly.
• No refund will be provided if a participant does not attend and enrolled event (no show).

3. Privacy Policy

Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology collects and retains personal information as part of its booking process for The Clarity Seminar & Workshop for the purpose of identification, payment and communication with attendees. Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology respects the privacy of attendees and the Australian privacy laws and will not release or sell personal information to any company or organisation except where it is required by law by subpoena, or where it is necessary to protect Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology’s legal rights.

Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology may also from time to time, communicate with attendees about other Seminars & Workshops or upcoming events.

4. Photography / Videography Disclaimer

Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology reserves the right to use any photography and videography taken at any of The Clarity Seminar & Workshops without the expressed written approval of those captured within the photographs/videos. These photographs/videos may be used in publications or other media material produced for print or digital marketing platforms contracted by Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology (websites, social media). Any attendee attending The Clarity Seminar & Workshop who does not wish to have their image used for distribution must notify Nicole Daly in writing through email ndclinpsych@gmx.com or

5. Intellectual Property

Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology holds ownership of all intellectual property (including Copyright) used during The Clarity Seminar & Workshops unless otherwise stated. This includes, but is not limited to, all text, images, videos, graphics, audio commentary, visual presentations, methodologies, processes, and any course related materials. Workshop materials cannot be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form without the prior written approval of Nicole Daly Clinical Psychology.
